Refund & Return Policy

At Shuddh Kutir, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. As we deal in food products, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item or size)

  • The product is leaking, spoiled, or unfit for consumption upon delivery

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request, please contact our customer support with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product opened, consumed, or partially used

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond 24 hours

  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or color (as honey is a natural product)


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
